Shana Hendrikse originally reached out to Giombetti in 2019 when considering a career change after almost 25 years in the banking industry. Shana stayed in touch with Ross and stalked him until he was forced to hire her in 2022. Shana brings almost 25 years of experience in the corporate world with many roles in leadership. She is a passionate individual who loves to laugh and often laughs at herself. She has been described as a creative leader who is able to get the best out of people through approachability and empathy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shana earned an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Saint Leo University and a master\u2019s degree in organizational leadership and change management from Colorado State University. She also holds a diversity & inclusion certificate from Cornell University as well as a certificate of financial studies from the Massachusetts Bankers Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shana grew up in Wilbraham and currently lives in Brimfield, MA. She resides with her partner in crime, her daughter, three canine kids, and a one feline kid who thinks he is a dog.
