On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.generationunlimited.org\/world-youth-skills-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Youth Skills Day<\/a>, July 15, we\u2019re doing our part to ensure you receive the preparation you need and the guidance to act on it.<\/p>\n<h2>Choosing a Career Path<\/h2>\n<p>Our company president, Ross Giombetti, recently appeared on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwlp.com\/massappeal\/student-help-for-choosing-a-career-path\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mass Appeal<\/a> to discuss how students can navigate and decide on both a career and life path. Ross said one of the most important aspects of this decision is understanding who you are as a person and where your strengths lie\u2014but equally important is understanding who you\u2019re not. There\u2019s no set path for everyone; you need to find the path that is right for you.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also crucial to learn about your cultural and environmental fit within an organization. You may be in a business that utilizes your talents, but if you\u2019re unhappy with the culture, then you are never going to be working to your full potential.
