We are back in person and better than ever! After more than a year, we resumed our face-to-face, world-class, Giombetti YOU-niversity<\/a> in June. This program is for everyone, whether you are in a leadership position or not, and no matter what rung of the corporate ladder you currently stand on, providing you with the tools to create change in both your personal and professional life. This training can help you succeed in achieving better balance in all aspects of your life.<\/p>\n

Our First Session Back in Person<\/h2>\n

Earlier this month, we hosted our first in-person Giombetti YOU-niversity since early 2020, but it was not our first rodeo. We have been providing training and guidance to help people succeed for decades; this was just the first time we did it wearing a mask and without a handshake greeting. In early June, we welcomed 17 participants to the Delaney House in Holyoke to improve their leadership skills by looking inside themselves at their strengths and learning to leverage their growth opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was great to see people in person rather than through a computer screen,\u201d said Ross Giombetti, president of Giombetti Associates. \u201cWe followed strict COVID-19 safety precautions to ensure everyone felt safe. We have been coaching and working with individuals virtually throughout the pandemic, but a video conference does not replace face-to-face human interaction. This was an incredibly successful session, and we can\u2019t wait for the next ones.\u201d<\/p>\n
