The remaining 11 are NUTURE characteristics, which are influenced by the people, events and experiences that have shaped you throughout your life.<\/p>\n<p>Each of these characteristics is measured through validated testing instruments. Once we obtain raw scores on each characteristic, we rank them against the general population on a percentile basis. class=\"tab\">Reward<\/p>\n<p>is a method of motivating ourselves and others through positive feedback and recognition.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Goodwill<\/p>\n<p>is true care, concern, warmth, empathy and compassion for others.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"one_half\">\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Expertise<\/p>\n<p>is a measure of one\u2019s level of self-confidence and self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>is the number-one characteristic that drives team building and is often referred to as \u201cteamwork.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Stability<\/p>\n<p>is a measure of a person\u2019s comfort level with his or her current set of life circumstances, as well as their level of consistency, predictability and internal stress.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Avoidance<\/p>\n<p>is characterized by procrastination or a reluctance to challenge or confront situations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"tab\">Accommodation<\/p>\n<p>is a conflict behavior that
